English as an additional Language Resource

In partnership with Yarraville Community Centre, City West Water has developed a three unit syllabus for use in English as an additional language classes. With a focus on “Where water comes from”, “Using Water Wisely” and “Understanding your bill”, activities have been delivered to over 20,000 adult students since 2009. citywestwater.com.au/community/learn_about_water/english_as_additional_language.aspx

Day at the Zoo 2016 - A celebration of Cultural Diversity Week

City West Water has a long term commitment and engagement strategy with members of new and emerging communities within its service area. Over many years, a strong partnership has been established with a number of essential services and service providers and together this event allows us to identify emerging trends, such as culture and language, within the western area of Melbourne.
