Thriving Communities Partnership (TCP) provides Australia’s first centralised platform for collaboration, learning, research and projects that advance organisational contributions to combatting customer vulnerability and hardship.

While the TCP is a national initiative, it recognises the need for solutions to be targeted to meet local needs. In some cases, TCP partners in states or regions are mobilising others to establish local chapters that build on existing strengths for tackling vulnerability, and enable further collaboration and innovation.

The TCP Secretariat aims to support these local chapters through access to a common approach and resources, that help them build the foundations for effective partnerships and impact.
