City West Water provides drinking water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services to customers in Melbourne’s central business district, inner and western suburbs.

We have over one million residential customers and nearly 40,000 non-residential customers.  Our diverse community is represented by over 130 cultural groups and 42% speak a language other than English at home. By 2030 our service area population is expected to be over 1.3 million.  Complex societal issues such as financial stress, mental health, family violence and those disengaged due to language or culture may affect the resilience of our community and our people.   The development of programs that identify these issues and impacts and provide sustainable outcomes for our customers, people and community can support our vision to be an exceptional service provider that puts our customers first and benefits community.
