Q Super - qsuper.qld.gov.au

A super fund that’s positively different

QSuper is one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds (1) and has been looking after the financial wellbeing of members for more than 100 years.

As a profit-for-members superannuation fund, everything we do is for the benefit of our members so they have the confidence to focus on today, knowing their super is working hard for their future. We do this via financial education, personal service, a unique investment philosophy, simple transparent fees and award winning products (2).

Making a meaningful impact

We believe in investing in partnerships and education that aim to improve the wellbeing and financial literacy of our members and broader communities.  We also advocate for the financial and social wellbeing of women, who make up over two-thirds of our membership.

Our values in action

The team at QSuper continually seeks ways to improve financial outcomes for all our members.

Remote community visits: We’ve been working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote communities to understand the barriers they face in accessing and engaging with their superannuation.

DVConnect: Our partnership with the 24/7 Queensland crisis response service funds a full-time telephone support officer to answer up to 4,000 more calls each year from those in need of support.

She’s on Q: QSuper’s popular initiative provides practical information and real experiences to help connect women and initiate conversations that may inspire them to take control of their careers, finances and overall wellbeing.

By joining the Thriving Communities Partnership, QSuper hopes to further our work to empower those who are most in need, give them the confidence to make informed decisions for their financial future and help close the gap caused by financial exclusion.
